I'm Dylan Brown

I'm Dylan Brown, 23 years old, and outside of work you'll usually find me on a football pitch, watching football or playing Football Manager. As you can tell, I love football, albeit I am a Chelsea fan, don't let this sway your opinion of me. I've always been someone who thrives on both competition and collaboration, and sport gives me that perfect balance. When I'm not active, I love the freedom of travelling to new places, and setting up camp for the night. Photography is often part of those adventures, letting me capture moments and perspectives that stick with me long after the trip is over.

That same energy flows directly into my professional life. Over the past few years, I've led the largest software rollout in my company's history, introduced automation that cut down countless hours of manual work, and built reporting tools that transformed the way decisions were made. I also spearheaded cyber awareness training that resulted in the business achieving Cyber Essentials Plus accreditation. Leading IT in my organisation for five years on my own has taught me adaptability, resilience, and the importance of strong relationships.
